Who are they aimed at? |
Events are open nationally to paid up members |
Events are aimed at local paddlers or those near or visiting the area |

Can a non-member join |
If spaces allow trips will be opened up to non-members at a non-discounted rate |
Absolutely, prospective members are welcome to join and are typically allowed to attend 3 events as a non-OCA member |

What is the typical duration of events |
Most tend to be weekend or multi-day trips but some are day trips |
Events tend to be shorter duration e.g., half-day or full day |

Will I need to stay overnight for any trips |
Yes events may require overnight accommodation which is often booked along with the event but some you may have to arrange your own accommodation |
Unlikely to require any overnight accommodation, but there will always be exceptions |

How do I book onto an event |
Events need to be booked via WebCollect and may require a cost |
Events arranged via the Facebook Group with some requiring booking via WebCollect |
