NOTICE OF AGM of the Open Canoe Association 28th November 2021 5pm by zoom
This is your chance to get involved in helping to run the OCA, or nominate someone you know wants to be involved!
There will be a virtual AGM on 28th November 2021, at this meeting there need to be a number of Committee Appointments voted on. A full agenda will be circulated prior to the meeting.
Vacancies:
- Chair – this could be one person or two people sharing the role as a joint/shared Chair or a Chair and Deputy Chair partnership.
- Treasurer
- Events:
- Social and Recreational, including Canoefest – 2 positions
- Coaching, development and mentoring – 2 positions
- Policy Development
- Compliance – health and safety, safeguarding and equal opportunities
