Greg has been canoeing since the 1970s. He heads Canoeing for the Yorkshire RDT, is British Canoeing's Area Coaching Representative for West Yorkshire, and is UK representative of the ACA, Head Coach at Pennine Canoe Club and Membership Secretary of the Open Canoe Sailing Group.
Alan is still a relatively new paddler, but is getting a bit more solo freedom now that his tandem partner, Louise, is progressing her solo canoeing. He's based in Notts.
Rich Wright – Treasurer
Rich is a Level 3 Coach and has been open boating for over 20 years. He is based in Ipswich but paddles all over the country and beyond.
Gary Rice – Events, Welfare
Gary oversees our events Calendar and serves as our Welfare Officer. He's a BCU Coach, and brings much valued expertise to the OCA through his role as Safeguarding Awareness Co-ordinator with Dorset Scouts.
Peter Montandon – Coaching
Pete’s paddled the Colorado river through the Grand Canyon, and solo trips in Canada, but his first love is coaching.
Neil Fuller – Membership
Neil is a Level 3 BCU Coach based in the SW and has been open boating for over 20 years.
Mark-Jan Dielemans – OCA Rally 2014
Mark-Jan Dielemans is a Dutch goldsmith-jeweller living in Bristol... but he's also a L4 BCU Coach, a BCU Area Coaching Representative, and a stalwart (and former Acting Chairman) of the OCA. Mark is also widely known as the coordinator of successive International Canoe Symposia.
